SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
In our quest for a sustainable and advanced community, we have seen that education is one of the important assets to achieve such goals.
Thus, CTPCMC initiated the Scholarship Program through Social Development and Management Program (SDMP). It was started from year 2010 up to present. There were 103 scholars in total and all of those scholars were from the municipality of Carrascal, Cantilan, Carmen and Tandag City. Aspiring scholars must undergo screening process such as written examination, interview and profiling. In addition, the qualified aspirants were provided with free allowance depending on their school’s location, free house rental, free tuition fee and other educational expenses. And those who have board/licensure examination, during their first take they’re supported with all-free expenses from their review up to the examination period.
Also, to honor the exemplary academic performance of the Grantee/Scholar, the program provides incentive to achievers such as Dean’s Lister, Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, Summa Cum Laude and Board Exam Passers.
The grand total amount for CTPCMC scholarship Program is P15, 905,725.03.

Health Program
In order to give assistance for health care services and health professionals, CTP Construction and Mining Corporation has implemented programs such as provision of medicines , vitamins and medical equipment , subsidy to Barangay Midwife and Covid19 response to its host and neighboring communities. Since year 2007, the company has actively implementing health related programs with an allocated amount of P8,997,887.58.

Livelihood Program
Fish Aggregating Device(FAD)
A FAD or “payao” is an accessory fishing gear which aids in achieving a more efficient fishing operation.
Installing FADs in common fishing areas is a well-known and a tested method in increasing fish catch among several fishing communities all over the Philippines.
CTPCMC allocated a total amount of P1,000,000.00 for the implementation of the said program.
The beneficiaries of the said project are the 38 members of Adlay Fishermen Association and 18 members of Dahican Fishermen Association (DAFA).
Bamboo Plantation
In CTPCMC’s quest to attain sustainable environment and self-reliant communities, the company has organized programs such as the Bamboo Plantation. Through its Social Development and Management Program (SDMP). With a total allocated amount of P4, 044,377.33. The beneficiaries of the said project are the 50 members of Adlay Integrated Planters Organization.
Social Preparation for Identified People’s Organization
In order to equip the CTPCMC Identified People’s Organization (POs), the company have allocated a total amount of P1, 865, 146.00. Trainings and Seminar such as the Values Formation, Organizational Development and Management Training and Project Management Training for Income Generating Projects.

Strengthening the Education Sector
CTPCMC allocates 6.9M for the Construction of ANHS Covered Court and School Stage
In order to support the learning modality of the education sector within the host community and to give assistance for the life-long learnings of the students, CTP Construction and Mining Corporation exerted double efforts for the construction of Adlay National High School (ANHS) Covered Court and School Stage. Through its Social Development and Management Program C.Y. 2019 and 2020 under Adlay Mining Project with the total allocated amount of P6,900,000.00.

Public Utilities Program
FARM TO MARKET ROAD.
CTP Construction and Mining Corporation prioritized the building and maintenance of farm to market roads (FMR) in far-flung places like Barangay Dahican, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur for public utilities and infrastructure. People living in this rural community formerly struggled to obtain quality education and health care due to its geographical location; however, they can now readily access the nearest hospitals ,and students may ride a bus to school. The maintenance of Dahican FMR was implemented since year 2015 up to present year (2021) with the grand allocated amount of P9, 715, 515.09.
